It certainly is not my favorite day. In fact Tuesday is the one day of the week where I tend to feel sluggish. I always find that a (HIIT) workout such as this one, done once in the morning and once in the afternoon, tends to get me out of my Tuesday trance and back to feeling like my usual self.
