And of course, there is no better way to do that than through Yoga. <strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Note:</em></strong> Yoga is often recommended for women looking to begin an exercise program after childbirth because of its low-impact nature.</p><p>Yoga is a wonderful and highly effective post-pregnancy workout because of its ability to help you:</p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>Relieve Stress </strong></span></p><p>The arrival of a new baby is a joyous time. It can also be an extremely stressful time. The relaxation, meditation and breathing exercises practiced through Yoga will help calm you and your baby, who often mirrors your moods.</p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>Strengthen Your Core </strong></span></p><p>It has been nine months since you have been able to workout your core muscles; mainly the back and abdominal muscles. The bloated, saggy look of the abdomen, right after childbirth, is mainly due to this fact.
