Lipo 6 Black is the newest and most anticipated thermogenic fat burner, in a long line of popular Lipo 6 fat burners, manufactured by Nutrex.
Ephedra free Lipo 6 Black is being marketed as a highly effective, “natural fat burning supplement”.
The makers of Lipo 6 Black claim that Lipo 6 Black is, “the meanest and cruelest fat burner this planet has ever seen” because they, “went down to the laboratory and cooked up the most vicious blend of fat-burning compounds imaginable”.
They go on to claim that Lipo 6 Black is so effective that it has the uncanny ability to attack, “body fat with a killer instinct…”.
So, as you can imagine there has been tremendous buzz surrounding the release of this product. The main reason behind the popularity of Lipo 6 Black is the fact that even though it is technically a “bodybuilding supplement” the makers of this fat burner are venturing outside the world of bodybuilding by claiming that, “If you have reached a plateau with your current fat burner and are looking for something to truly rejuvenate your fat burning regimen, you are a great candidate for LIPO‑6 Black”.
To make a long story short, I decided to put the fat burning powers of Lipo 6 Black to the test.
The Following is a Detailed Summary of My Experiment With Lipo 6 Black.
Lipo 6 Black Experiment
Test Subject: Me
Sex: Female
Age: 31
Height: 5’4″
Weight: 140 lbs
Activity Level: Active….I jog approximately 2.5 miles, 5 days a week, walk for 1 hr on “off days”, and weight train for 45 minutes
Diet: High protein, low fat diet, Between 1,200 to 1,400 calories a day, Absolutely no junk food! aka: items high in sugar, artificial sweeteners, soda, potato chips, etc.
Past Medical History: None. I have no known drug allergies, no past history of major physical or mental illness, no chronic health issues, no sport injuries and so forth…I am however sensitive to caffeine as I consume no sodas or other products high in caffeine.
Experiment Duration: 10 days
Goal: To lose 5 pounds (After all, “Lipo 6 Black is a dead serious fat burner”)
Lipo 6 Experiment: Days 1, 2, 3
I purchased a bottle of Lipo 6 Black (120 count capsules) from GNC for $45 and began this experiment by reading the extensive warning label printed on the back of the bottle. The label warns:
Thou Shalt Not:
- Use if you are under 21 years old (However, retailers can sell Lipo 6 Black to minors, no ID required)
- Use if you are pregnant or nursing
- Exceed recommended maximum daily dose (6 tablets)
- Consume other caffeinated products such as coffee, tea, soda, etc.
- Consume medications containing phenylephrine
- Consume for longer than 8 weeks (followed by a 4 week long “off period”)
Consult Your Physician If You Have The Following Medical Conditions:
- Heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease
- Psychiatric disorders
- Diabetes
- Difficulty Urinating due to an enlarged prostate
- High blood pressure
- Cardiac arrhythmia
- Recurrent headaches
Immediately Discontinue If You Experience:
- Rapid heart beat
- Dizziness
- Severe headaches
- Shortness of breath
So, after reading the warning label and realizing that none of the warnings applied to me I said a short prayer and took three pills, with 1 large glass of water, about 45 minutes before I usually have breakfast, just as the directions printed on the back of the bottle state.
- Within 20 minutes I began to sweat heavily and became extremely thirsty so I turned on the AC and had 2 glasses of water.
- Within 30 minutes I became extremely jittery to the point that I could no longer sit still. Not knowing what to do with myself I decided to clean the house. To make a long story short, I ended up cleaning my house from top to bottom for three hours, non-stop.
- Words can not describe the amount of energy I had.
- When I finally stopped myself from cleaning, simply because there was nothing left, either inside or outside to clean, I realized that I had completely forgotten to eat breakfast and that I was extremely thirsty, again. So, I drank another 2 glasses of water, but I could not force myself to sit still or to eat anything.
- The sight and smell of food made me nauseous.
- Literary bursting out of my own skin I decided to start my daily workout regiment, early, in an effort to calm myself down.
- I must admit I was very impressed with the amount of increased strength I had during my weight training session.
- Cardio was another story entirely. Once I began jogging I was unable to stop. My usual 2.5 mile run turned into a 6 mile run. Words can not describe how strange I felt. My rational mind had lost control of my body. My mind was telling my body to stop but my body would not listen.
- The exercise did calm me down somewhat and that night I was finally able to eat a small dinner.
- That is when I learned that Lipo 6 Black also has a powerful laxative effect since the food that I had eaten did not get a chance to stay in my belly for long.
- Since I had taken the three Lipo 6 Black pills in the morning and worked out a great deal throughout the day I figured I should have no problem sleeping. Boy was I wrong! I was unable to sleep for longer than 4 hours a night. So, during the course of these three days I got less than 12 hours of sleep.
- I followed a schedule similar to this for the first three days of my experiment.
- Notice that I only took 3 pills a day, instead of the recommended 6 pills a day, because I did not feel that the effect of the first three had worn off enough for me to warrant taking another three pills.
- I was also constantly thirsty. I must have drank in excess of 2 gallons of water a day and still felt thirsty and dehydrated. Lipo 6 Black has a diuretic effect so all the water I was drinking was not staying in my body long enough to hydrate me. In fact, I was running to the bathroom so often that one of my friends jokingly commented,”What’s wrong with you? You’re peeing more often than I did when I was pregnant”.
Lipo 6 Black Experiment: Day 4
On this day I was feeling extremely dehydrated and down so I decided to take the day off. Even though I did not take any Lipo 6 Black pills on this day I felt just as I did on the days I took the pills. My energy level was still through the roof and I was still extremely jittery.
However, on this day I began to experience something new. Whereas on previous days I had had a feeling of euphoria, on this day I was feeling slightly depressed and foggy. Of course, it wasn’t anything major. So, I brushed it aside and went about my day, which included another long workout and sleepless night.
Progress: At the end of the fourth day I decided to weigh myself and realized I had shed 4 pounds. Amazing! Right?
Lipo 6 Black Experiment: The Continuation…
- In the days that followed I continued to take 3 Lipo 6 Black pills in the morning, 30 minutes prior to forcing myself to eat a small breakfast.
- At this point, less than a week into the experiment, I began to experience some strange and very unpleasant side effects:
- Complete Insomnia (I was no longer even able to sleep for 4 hours a night)
- Nausea, whenever I smelled food
- Dehydration and frustration at the constant (every 15 minutes, 24 hrs a day) need to urinate
- Acne along my jaw line and upper back (I have never had a problem with acne, even as a teenager)
- Unexplainable mood swings which caused me to burst into tears for no apparent reason. In fact, once I burst into tears in front of my husband who asked me why I was crying and I could not give him a solid reason. Nor, could I stop crying. Realizing that I was crying for no reason I proceeded to laugh at myself and cry uncontrollably at the same time.
Lipo 6 Black Experiment: The Final Straw
On the eight day of my experiment, I was in the kitchen fixing myself my usual breakfast of egg whites, toast and peanut butter when I saw something small and black move from the corner of my eye. I immediately turned to see what it was but saw nothing. Being that I live in NYC, a city known for its mice problem, especially in early Fall when the rains start, I immediately assumed that I had seen a mouse.
I despise mice. I think that there is nothing more repulsive than a mouse and the thought of one sneaking into my kitchen drove me crazy. So, I immediately began to look for signs such as mouse droppings, and so forth behind the stove, refrigerator, etc. I found nothing and just when I was about to give up I saw it again. So, this time I emptied my pantry and still found no signs of a mouse. Frustrated, I called my husband and told him to buy a couple of mice trap on his way home. Meanwhile, I avoided going into the kitchen from fear of running into the “mouse”.
He bought the traps and when he got home the two of us did yet another search of the kitchen and found nothing. Frustrated, I began to cry uncontrollably, yet again, as I explained to him how certain I was that I had seen a mouse, from the corner of my eye, running around in the kitchen.
When I finished describing to him exactly what I had seen, and how I had seen it, he patted me on the back and told me there is a word for what I had “seen”…It is called “tweaking”.
So, with that said, he did me a favor by throwing away the bottle of Lipo 6 Black and ending my experiment.
Lipo 6 Black Experiment: The Results
Total Weight Loss: 6 pounds in 8 days
- Even though I exceeded the weight loss goal I had set for this experiment, I am not certain just how much of this weight loss is actual fat loss and how much of it is water weight loss and even muscle loss.
- What I do know is that today, three days after I stopped taking Lipo 6 Black, I am suffering from migraines, depression and chills, all of which are caffeine withdrawal symptoms.
- Likewise, my body is weak and feels starved.
- I am also extremely sleepy and sore, in combination due to insomnia, over stimulation and caffeine withdrawal.
- Worst of all, I will never know if my alleged “tweaking” was a result of sleep deprivation or was caused by an ingredient present in Lipo 6 Black.

OMG!!! I can't believe it!!! Did you really do that? What were you thinking?
Sorry mom
hello, should not you have tried Lipo 6 Black Hers? (they seem to be milder)
I am about to start my own experiment, so quite curious to know what happens to me
Hi Viki,
Good luck with your experiment!! Don't forget to let me know how Lipo 6 works for you. I lost a great deal of weight with it, fast. But, my chief complaint was that the dosing was too high for someone my height and weight. Next time I try Lipo 6 I will try the Lipo 6 hers, if you have a better experience with it than I did…
Hey, Paulin, thanks for a quick reply. I have already taken 3 Black-Caps this morning, but have not felt anything at all, so I am going to stick to 6 Black-Caps per day. My boy-friend was taking Lipo 6 Black (the one you took) last summer and it worked great for him. He is a body-builder, and he managed to lose around 10-15 pounds, which was good for him, indeed, as he was looking to dry the body mass. I am personally doing weight train 5 days a week for about 1h 30min and swimming twice a week for about 45min, my weight is 140lbs and my height is 5'9''. For now I am planning to try all the 20 day course of Lipo 6 Black Hers, but if anything (hopefully, not) goes wrong, I will stop. Will keep you updated. Do you have skype at all??
Hi Viki, I am not surprised that you need to take the higher dose. You are much taller than I am plus I know that my body is very very sensitive to caffeine. So, what happened to me is most likely unique.
Viki, email me at paulin@soleyman.com so we can stay in touch:)
Hi Paulin,
thank you for sharing this experiment..i just bought Lipo 6 black for hers..my goal is to lose about 5 pounds too..i workout 4 days per week..watch what i eat but not on a diet..the thing is..did u get what u lost back?? i’m really curious about that..what should i do when i stop it after obtaining the result i want in able to maintain it????
thank you.
Emmy
I am doing an experiment with myself as well. I am actually in the middle of my third week. During the first 2 weeks I took 5 pills of Lipo 6 Black a day: 3 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.
Although not that sensitive to caffeine (i used to drink 3-4 cups of coffee a day), I felt very euphoric, anxious and somewhat aggressive. Oh it also includes feeling nausea towards food.. And alcohol. At the end of the 2nd week I was “back to normal”; I guess the human body adapts itself to caffeine.
Starting this week (3rd) I increased my dosage to 6 pills and have experienced some new side effects only now: insomnia. I slept in average 4 hours/night in the past couple of days, but incredibly do not feel fatigue. It is like you are continuously on ON mode, with a lot of energy. This is what reduces your appetite I guess, so after working out I do not eat as much as I did before.
Hi Daniel, The only thing I can say to you is be careful. I hope you’ve consulted your doctor before starting this experiment. I am sure that as far as weight and height goes your size can handle this dosage. I know that if I take this many pills in one day I will die of a heart attack
As far as the insomnia is concerned that is a side effect that I have experienced too. In fact, I have experienced most of these side effects that you are mentioning including the aggression, which surprised me the most because normally I am a very mellow person but as I was taking these pills I began to experience episodes of rage that left me literally trembling.
Good Luck with your experiment and please keep updating me on your progress
Thank you so much for posting this! This will help me so much for my nutrition class.
Sounds like absolute hell. Honestly, with Joel Fuhrman’s “Eat to Live” I lost more weight, was able to stay on diet for 2.5 YEARS, and never felt anything like as awful as you did.
Supplements, mainly, suck. I once tried taking most of the supplements (serially, not in parallel) touted by a leading sports performance nutritionist. Every single one without exception gave me one or more of the following: 1. unacceptable side-effects (mental, physical, emotional); 2. yo-yo benefits (soaring highs and crushing lows); 3. diminishing returns with time and/or dosage.
I now train in what I think of as the “harmony zone.” The tip-off, for me, that my diet and exercise plan are working is if they separately and together create a sensation of expansive well-being and documented progress (again, in well-being and also fitness results).
I lost 20 lbs double-quick-pronto on Fuhrman’s plan, which is based on a nutrient-rich, extremely healthy diet, I left it only when I discovered that I could control my weight and keep it off by eating intuitively. Last night, I ate two plates of sourdough toast with Irish butter. And I ain’t ashamed. It was what my body needed.
Compare a story that Pete Sampras tells in his autobiography. He was incredibly strict with his diet. Before a major tournament he began having strange cravings for junk food. But being ascetically disciplined he steadfastly resisted – and bailed from the tourney in the early rounds. He then realized that his body had indeed been crying for “grease” – burgers, pizza, whatever.
The body knows. Spirit knows. And they will tell you, speaking through the calm, intuitive feelings of your heart. They will almost never tell you to take pills.
I’m just curious what Lipo-6 Black you were taking. I have begun taking it and my bottle says to take one pill in the morning and one pill in the afternoon and not to exceed 2 pills a day. It seems to me you may have been taking too much. I’ve noticed a pretty large increases in energy and mild appetite suppression and I am on my 5th day of taking it. I am a 6′ 3″ male and I’m already seeing results after such a short time. Maybe consider trying it in a smaller dose and see if it works better for you.
I was taking the regular Lipo 6. This was before Lipo 6 Hers came out which has a smaller dose formulated for women. So, yes…considering my height and weight…I was talking too much. I was taking the same dose that you are taking now which for me was too much. I have since started taking Lipo 6 Hers and I don’t have these problems anymore.
Im looking at starting the lipo 6 hers, but I have hypothyroidism, you think I’d be ok with taking only one pill a day? I really need to shed another 15 pounds to reach my goal…I’m getting a bit desperate now. I’m not too sensitive to caffein luckily
Hi Marie,
I’m guessing that your hypothyroidism is being treated by a physician? I would encourage you to take to your physician regarding your weight and your desire to take Lipo 6. Let them give you their opinion as to its safety and efficacy regarding your condition. I’m not a physician and would hate to give you wrong information about this!
Liam, I am noticing that people are not aware of the differences. Thanks for pointing it out
…..
ultra concentrate is two pills a day
the regular black is six pills a day, meant for those who can’t handle the ultra concentrate due to their sensitivities
hi i took lipo 6 black ultraconcentrate bt i only took 1 pill a day……da effect worked great on me…i lost 3.8kg within 5days……i think people should start off with 1 pill a day and den work all the up to 6 pills a day with that ur body will be constantly progressing wherelse if u straight away take 6 pills ur body will get use to it as tym comes
Hi Nesh, I think 6 pills a day is way too much. I don’t have my bottle of Lipo 6 anymore but if I remember correctly the manufacturers recommend no more than 2 pills a day.
ULTRA CONCENTRATE IS ONLY TWO PILLS A DAY, MEN OR WOMEN, there’s a difference between the one pill a day and the six pills a day. please make sure you are aware of the differences.
hii I just bought the lipo 6 black, I am 63 kgs and 165 cm tall. How many pills would u recommend for me to take ?! I don’t have problems with caffeine?
Hi Rabab, The best thing you can do is start with one pill a day, and see how it effects you. Then decide if you need 2 but, my recommendation is that you not take more than 2 pills a day.
I came across this article and my jaw dropped as soon as I saw that you took 6 pills a day!!!!, Snap girl! I’m a 180lb male looking to shed 15 lbs in 6 weeks, and KNOW that you should take no more than 1 pill twice a day….WOW! The part about you crying for no reason did make me giggle, I’m sure it wasn’t as much fun for you. Thank you so much for the article…and I did learn something new reading it…that caffeine withdrawal leads to a depressive state of mind…been there..and now I know why.
M
are you referring to the six a day pill or the one pill a day bottle?:)
interesting read.I am a 36 yr old male. started lipo 6 blk sept 2010. 2 pills in the a.m. 2 in the evening. within 1st 60 days i went from 238 to 219. no activity. I am highly active but in the military an was unable to do so during that time. i never cycled off, had the initial sweats an jitters but i am a avg caffeine consumer so no real effects. May 2012 and i still take the same 4 pills a day, think i have peaked now though. Weigh 214, but activity level is higher, stopped all sodas. have an energy drink in the morning. never been a breakfast eater for 25 yrs, lunch an dinner only, i dont diet but i do watch caloric intake.
I am about to start on Lipo 6 Black. Read your experience. It will guide me well. I’ll you know what happens next
Thank you for sharing your experiment! I just bought a 240 pill bottle myself, and will start experimenting after the holidays
Hi Paulin, about 4 weeks ago I had started taking Lipo 6 Black Hers the concentrated formula and experienced somewhat the same side effects as you did. I am 5′ 6″ 155 lbs, no previous health issues and an occasional smoker (I know, shame on me). Day 1 had me bouncing off the walls, drinking a gallon of water and was unable to sit still for about 5 hrs but then made me crash shortly after… all on one pill. This continued for a week then around Day 7, continuing with 1 pill, I noticed a tingly-numb sensation down my left arm. I checked my vitals all day long and they were normal… no other signs of heart attack. This happened on and off for the rest of the week until Day 12 the tingly-numb feeling was in both arms, this time with heart palpitations! I immediately stopped taking Lipo 6 pills but the side effects are still here, 3 weeks after. Is anyone else having this problem?
hi im going to start now bt being an asian i dnt knw hw can i curb my tea habit.i weighed 45kgs 2months ago now im 50kgs.i really need to lose the weight.im am a chain smoker as well drink vodka some nights.on an average 3nights a week.i cant discuss my drinking habit n my smoking with conjunction to lipo6 with anyone coz all these area taboo here specially for women.i dont hav my mum even so i wud eally appreciate if u help me.im 20yrs going for 21.height 5’2.active nt in jogging way bt i roam on my feets a lot and stuffs.
Hi. I’m male, Asian, 5’4, and weighing 145lbs. My experiment is this: 1 pill 30 mins per workout day, M-W-F. Now I am going 2 pills per workout and won’t take any pills when not working out. Will post results later but there are no side effects for me. I am capable of lasting 3-4 hours, even 5 hours in the gym but with one of them taken 30 mins before the workout, my recovery time got faster by 50-100%, fatigue and stress throughout the workout was very minimized, cardio time and intensity got up by at least 15-20% (and that is after that 5.5 to 6KM cardio I do before that). I usually spend 4 or 5 hours in the gym and I work in the graveyard shift which is another condition to take into consideration.
I have not lost weight much BUT I am losing bodyfat bit by bit and that’s 1 pill taken 30 mins before a workout and no pills taken on my days off in the gym.
wow, you had some crazy things happen to you. I researched lipo6 black and I have noticed that there are a lot of women taking the men’s lipo6 black. Also there’s a difference between the six a day pill lipo 6 black for men and the lipo6 ultra concentrated for men. The six a day pill is meant for those who are ‘sensitive’, gradually increase your dosage. You stated that you are caffeine sensitive. The ultra concentrate lipo6 for men is potent in one pill and designed for those whom are not sensitive.
What I don’t understand is why didn’t you just purchase the lipo6 version for women? There’s the one pill a day and 6 pill a day as well. To be honest, I don’t feel this is a fair experiment considering you are sensitive to caffeine and you purchased the men’s version. Plus the women’s version has things like b-12 and folic acid in it. At any rate, I am glad you stopped taking it and you are healthy:)
this is my second day on the once a day women’s version (not caffeine sensitive) and thus far, I feel great:) I don’t have a big burst of energy and my appetite is suppressed to a certain degree. When I train, I soak my workout clothes (then again that’s a combo of the lipo and my 100 degree converted garage to gym). I eat clean and enjoy juicing veggies as well. That’s my very short review thus far.
I will say this, if you are sensitive to caffeine, buy the womens six day a pill and only take two pills a day, see how you feel and go from there. If not, then go for the ultra concentrated version.
Lol see I made a mistake I took 3 pills around 430pm and now 4 hours later I am hyper and I want sleep but can’t. I’m going to start taking them in the morning though as too I feel the energy but its not “hyper” I’m more alert, thinking speed has increased as to I work with numbers, but.. I threw up some red gunk I think it was my creative mix but other than that. Everything is a okay. Gonna try it maybe another 2 weeks or soo
i would like to know what is better for men fat burner …
lipo six balck …or lipo six black concentrated for girls?
I am a female, 29 years old relatively healthy just a few allergies and overweight. I am 270 and over 6 feet
Yesterday was day 3 taking Lipo 6 UC. I am supposed to take 2 pills daily but i am taking ONE.
My first day was ok. I had alot of energy, dancing around and cleaning the already clean house etc.
The 2nd day i went to work an felt a little jittery, drank lots of water and ran to the bathroom a million times…in my job with all our metrics and markers that kinda crap does not go un-noticed. Anyway told them i was drinking more water to flush my system of holiday food.
Day 3 was weird, felt a bit light headed and irritable. Almost lost my cool with a perfectly normal old man who was rightfully confused about one of our services. I am kinda aggressive but never out of line. So that was weird. I drank FOUR litres of water…thats around 16 cups of water. still had a light headache and was not focussing well in the afternoon.
I went to gym with my buddies after work…1.5 hours of cardio…no excessive sweating etc.
Went to bed around 11 pm and get this PEE my bed around 1 am…
I could not believe it i did not make it to the bathroom on time!!!!
NOT GOOD! Will complete the week and see how it goes.
Will keep you updated
Hi Rain
I am very curious to see how this works out for you. Please keep me posted and good luck with your weight loss efforts
Hi Paulin,
Quick update:
It is almost 2 weeks since i started the Lipo 6. I had massive headaches some days and a weird queasy feeling in my stomach. I did not take the pill for a couple of days maybe 4 out of the 11 days and my headaches eased up.
Wednesday 9th i took it and went to gym…i exercised like a beastoid and then threw up behind my car in the parking lot of the gym! lol
Decided that 1 pill a day is just fine for me unless i am exercising twice a day. I do a desk job and to sit with all that energy in one spot for so long without exercising just kills me, i think i get the shakes. So i take it mid afternoon around 3 pm because gym is at 6pm
I’m now able to do spinn class for the full hr without passing out.
I sleep for at least 7 hours now
It helps with the afternoon crash
Have not done measurements as yet but i weighed- in at 264 this morning so i’m down 6 lbs in 12 days!!!!!!!!
Will update again on Feb 2nd
Hi Rain
Congratulations!!! All that weight loss is amazing! Keep it up. How much weight do you plan to lose? As for the headaches those are most likely caffeine induced. Just make sure you drink plenty of water to help flush the caffeine out of your system. What is your workout routine like? I can’t wait for your next update
Hi Paulin,
I’m back to update you on my progress.
My overall goal is to lose 70 to 75lbs and I started at 270 lbs on January 1st 2013.
I have been fighting a flu for about 2 weeks now. This last week i ended up having to see the doctor and YES i got some stinky antibiotics that knocked me out like nobody’s business.
Anyway i still managed to exercise, i stopped the Lipo6, only because i was not feeling 100%.
This morning i weighed-in at 257 lbs and i lost 26.25 inches in total.
SUPER EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guess Spin Classes really are excellent.
I do Spin at least 3x a week for 1hr
After Spin we do a 30 minute abs routine
On the non-spin day i do 1 hr cardio and about 30 mins resistance training.
I eat smaller portions of everything and i snack on almonds, mini carrot sticks, apples.
I drink 3 litres of water
I eat less white flour but i still eat everything i like, i cut down on the fried foods though.
So when i eat out i have grilled stuff. I’m not a soda person, so i don’t have that. I drink lots of low cal Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice.
I have a GNC lean shake when I’m in a hurry and can’t “eat” breakfast.
This month will be even better
Goal is to finally get to the 240s….
Can’t wait
Hi Rain
Congratulations! You ROCK!! Your progress is nothing short of amazing. Plus, it’s awesome to see that doing everything right (just as you’re doing) really does work. Keep up this workout routine and you’ll be at your goal before you know it. Best of all, losing weight the way you’re doing is going to help you maintain your weight loss for life since you’re never going to feel deprived. I am so excited about this and I can’t wait for your next update. I also hope you feel better soon. Take good care of yourself
I am a female 25 years old, 5’2” 115lbs. I am taking lipo6 BLACK hers for less than 1 week. I’ve been taking only 1 pill in the morning only like 2 hrs AFTER my breakfast. If I take it before eating I feel very weak and am unable to eat for the whole day which gives stomach cramps. Yesterday I took 2 pills for the first time and it was a horrible experience since I almost passed out because of dizziness. I obligated myself to eat and after that I felt better however my stomach got very upset and had to take a medicine. Perhaps I am not taking it in the right way but I rather take less than the maximum dose and make sure I eat properly at least in the AM to keep me health. The pill gives me lots of energy and it helps me to keep focus which is great. 1 lost like 1lb (which is nothing) but I am going to continue taking it. The bad thing is the headache and the crash I feel from the caffeine plus inability to sleep well but I can deal with these side effects. Do you have any advise to give me?
Hi Larissa, In my opinion you don’t really need to take Lipo 6 and be dieting since you are at a healthy weight. But, if you would like to lose a little weight all I can say is “stick to 1 pill a day” and make sure that you eat a small meal before taking the pill as it does have a tendency to upset the stomach. When I was using Lipo6 I found that smoothies were a great way to keep up my energy and force myself to eat something since these pills do make it hard to eat solid food. Plus, the liquids really helped flush out the caffeine.
Hi Pauline, I have been consuming lipo 6 black but stupidly didn’t realise you shouldn’t take 6 a day as well as taking pre workout. I have experienced everything from un-explainable depression and anxiety, dizziness and very irritable and problems with my visions. I have stopped consuming them as of yesterday but how long after stopping taking them did it take to go back to normal and the side effects go away? Thanks
Hi Jonni, Yes, please stop taking them if you’re having so many negative symptoms. It took me about a week to completely clear the caffeine from my system. Just relax and drink a lot of water because it will help flush the caffeine out faster.
Hi ,
I ‘ve taking for 4 days now. started by 2 am and 2 pm, and now 3 am and 3 pm but I am experiencing very different symptoms:
- I got more depressed, I tend to sleep more, and sometimes to eat more than my usual.
- I didn’t notice any appetite suppression, or boost of energy.
- Just feel thirsty and going to pee more frequent, and sometime i feel this being hot feeling.
I started to get back to my anti-depression pills.
Any advises please?
I wish I would have found this a week ago. I ordered Lipo 6 Black Ultra Concentrate and today was my first day trying the product. I woke up at 7am and took my first serving at 8 am and the second at 3pm. Even with working out I am still up…… It’s 4 am the next day and I am not tired at all. This cannot be healthy! Ps I am 6′ 250 lbs
i am planing to take lipo 6 hers i am 145 lbs and addictive smoker just wanted to confers if i can smoke while taking these pill…. or it’ll affect my weight loss goal my goal for this time is 25lbs so please suggest me…..
Hi Shraddha, I am not a doctor so I have no idea what damage smoking may or may not have caused to your body already. Plus, Lipo6 is a powerful pill that puts a lot of stress on the body. Therefore, my only recommendation to you is to talk to your doctor about this issue.
